Nickel 201 (also known by its ASTM designation N02201) is a commercially pure form of nickel with a minimum nickel content of 99.6%. It is highly resistant to corrosion, particularly in alkaline and neutral environments, making it ideal for applications in chemical processing, aerospace, and electronics. Products such as nickel 201 wire, round nickel wire, ultra thin nickel wire, and micro nickel wire are commonly used in these industries. Nickel wire np1, nickel wire np2, and nickel wire 99.999 (high-purity grades) are particularly suited for high-precision and corrosion-sensitive applications.

Nickel 201 has good mechanical properties and is suitable for a wide range of temperatures. It is often utilized in environments exposed to caustic soda, seawater, and other corrosive agents.
